What We Collect
- The details you give us when you ask for a callback or a quote: your name, phone number, suburb and a description of the job.
- The address where the work is needed, once you book.
- Notes from phone calls, so the plumber arrives with the right equipment.
- Standard technical data from your visit to this site, such as browser type and pages viewed. It is not used to identify you.
How We Use It
We use your information to call you back, quote, book and carry out the work, send confirmation messages and invoices, and follow up on warranty questions. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to marketing lists.
Who Else Sees It
Form submissions are delivered by email through a transactional email service. The website is hosted by a web hosting provider, and calls may pass through a call-tracking service. These providers only process your details to deliver their service to us.
Keeping It Safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and only the people who need your details to quote or complete your job can see them. We delete enquiry details we no longer need.
